I’m a L3 qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, with a passion for helping others become happier through healthy, balanced living. WHerever and however suits you, I can help guide you in taking those first steps towards becoming happier within yourself with some guidance.
On a basic level, combining movement with good nutrition is the key to any health or fitness goal. I can help break down your goals into achievable steps, and provide you with the knowledge and tools to sustain an enjoyable programme or simply a healthier lifestyle.
As I’m a total foodie, I love to cook and create nutritious, delicious and easy dishes and recipes that take the principles of good, balanced nutrition and apply them to real life eating. This is a huge part of my training, as I believe nutrition plays a vital role in our health and wellbeing, and I want to show you how easy it can be to eat well, with no diets or restrictions!
